Corvette Indy Constitution & Bylaws

The Corvette Indy Constitution and Bylaws were originally written in 1989 and then amended in 1997. These documents were scanned to be electronically viewable and editable in October of 2012. The editable documents were then amended after an approval vote at the November 5, 2012 general meeting.

The Corvette Indy Constitution and Bylaws were are viewed and revised in October & November of 2020. And, the club voted to adopt them within our 11/23/20 meeting. The documents links below are for the latest version of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Corvette Indy Corvette Club and said prior versions too.
